If it’s not fun, why do it?
Our founders, Jasper and Victor, started out as friends in 2004, and that friendly atmosphere still lives on in everything we do.
No formalities—just having fun together, being ourselves, and truly seeing each other for who we are.
Since then, the company has grown, and we’ve learned that growth is more enjoyable and meaningful when you do it together.
That’s why we don’t just focus on high-quality work to help ambitious brands grow—we also build strong, friendly relationships. Real progress doesn’t come from profit figures alone, but from trust, enjoyment, and collaboration.
At Redkiwi, we believe that meaning lies not in the pursuit of our own success, but in the positive impact we have on the world together. We use our digital expertise, creativity, and energy to help ambitious brands grow sustainably. We do this by building strong relationships where enjoyment and results go hand in hand, and by actively taking responsibility for our environmental footprint. Together with our colleagues, clients, and partners, we prove that digital progress and a better, more social, greener world are inextricably linked."
Our purpose is the blueprint for our business operations and strategy. As a digital agency, we recognize that growth must add value to both people and the environment.
- Social Impact (People): We believe that the best results stem from trust and equality. Our “fun-loving” culture is not an afterthought, but the driving force behind our long-term client relationships and our ability to retain talent.
- Environmental Impact (Planet): The digital industry relies on energy-intensive infrastructure (cloud, AI, hosting). Our strategic focus is therefore on making our own footprint—and that of our suppliers—more sustainable, in order to achieve carbon-neutral operations.
To make our purpose measurable, we are focusing on the following initiatives and metrics:
- Green digital footprint: Actively researching and selecting sustainable hosting partners and optimizing tooling and AI usage for energy efficiency.
- Responsible supply chain: Sustainability and social impact are key considerations in the selection of our suppliers and client partnerships.
- Sustainable operations: Reducing residual waste, minimizing travel mileage through hybrid work arrangements, and actively engaging with our landlord to explore greener energy options. We offset what we cannot (yet) reduce.
