Our culture

We make it personal.

Fun-loving professionals

Our DNA

Redkiwi is a group of curious professionals who want to move forward together—with each other and with our clients.

We work in a goal-oriented way, with an open mind and short lines of communication. You’ll have a lot of freedom—and the responsibility that comes with it. We share ideas early on, ask questions, and speak our minds. Because working well together means we produce better work together.

Everyone should feel at home here and be able to be themselves. We treat each other with respect, honor our commitments, and take responsibility for what we do—both professionally and personally. We take our work seriously, but not always ourselves. We place a high value on having fun at work. If it’s not fun, why do it?

That’s our culture. And we build it together every day.

SEEN, HEARD, AND CHALLENGED

Personal attention is reflected in how we interact with one another every day.

Every year, you set goals together with your manager—for your work, your development, and the direction you want to take. We regularly check in to see how you’re doing, what you need, and what your next step is. That could be training, a new responsibility, guidance from a colleague, or simply more freedom to dive into something on your own.

We don’t just look at performance. We pay attention to the person behind the work—to big ambitions, small victories, and everything that requires attention along the way. When things are going well, we celebrate. If you run into a challenge, we make time to listen and move forward together.

WORKING TOGETHER FOR GROWTH

Our culture doesn’t stop at the front door. You’ll also notice it in the way we work with clients.

We immerse ourselves in their ambitions, market, and challenges. We ask critical questions, work transparently, and take ownership of the results. A dedicated team that brings together strategy, creativity, data, AI, and engineering around a clear growth goal.

The best results come from open collaboration, keeping each other on our toes, and celebrating successes together. We call that “customer love.” We don’t accept everything at face value, but we do whatever it takes to help the client move forward.

AWARD-WINNING WORK IS CREATED TOGETHER

Our work has been honored with multiple DIA Awards. It’s a wonderful recognition, but above all, it’s proof of what happens when different disciplines work together effectively.

Awards aren’t the goal. Creating work that helps clients grow and that the team is proud of—that is. We’re happy to accept the awards that come as a result.

BIG ENOUGH TO HANDLE. SMALL ENOUGH TO CARE.

We combine the expertise and clout of a large agency with the personal attention of a small team.

That means we can tackle complex challenges without complicated layers or long chains of command. You’ll work directly with the people who conceive and build the projects. Ideas can come from anywhere—a good idea is a good idea, regardless of your job title.

IMPACT THAT GOES BEYOND OUR WORK

For us, growth isn’t just about revenue or profits. It’s also about the contribution we make to our colleagues, customers, the city, and the world around us.

That’s why we’re working toward our B Corp certification. It helps us take a critical look at the social and environmental impact of our choices—not just as a label, but as a yardstick for how we do business and where we can keep improving.

We start close to home. For example, we collaborate with Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and JINC, support Support Casper in the fight against pancreatic cancer, and promote a healthy lifestyle among our colleagues through Kiwi-fit.
