Collective Action Plan

Redkiwi and the RAAIT Program

At Redkiwi, we believe that the transition to a just and inclusive economy is only possible through collective action. That is why we are actively participating in the RAAIT (Responsible AI IT) program. Our participation in this consortium is a strategic choice to take responsibility for the societal impact of artificial intelligence, which extends beyond our own business operations.

RAAIT is a unique partnership between research institutions (such as Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and Delft University of Technology), IT companies, and societal partners. Within this program, Redkiwi works side by side with these diverse stakeholders to develop frameworks for ethical and responsible AI. In doing so, we directly contribute to solving systemic challenges related to algorithms and inclusivity.

As a practice partner, Redkiwi makes its expertise and case studies available for scientific and applied research. We help validate tools—such as the Human Rights Impact Assessment for Algorithms (IAMA) —that can be widely used across the sector to prevent the harmful impact of technology on people.

Charities

Redkiwi has embraced a number of charitable causes. We work with Support Casper at a significantly reduced rate. In addition, we sponsor the development and hosting of stichtinghappyhippo.nl and medischcentrumkenia.nl, and we support Moves.ms. At least 1% of our organization’s working hours is dedicated to charitable causes.
