Collective Action Plan

Redkiwi and the RAAIT Program

At Redkiwi, we believe that the transition to a just and inclusive economy is only possible through collective action. Therefore, we actively participate in the RAAIT program (Responsible AI IT). Our participation in this consortium is a strategic choice to assume responsibility for the societal impact of artificial intelligence, which extends beyond our own business operations.

RAAIT is a unique collaborative partnership between knowledge institutions (such as Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and TU Delft), IT companies, and social partners. Within this program, Redkiwi works side-by-side with these diverse stakeholders to develop frameworks for ethical and responsible AI. In doing so, we directly contribute to solving systemic challenges surrounding algorithms and inclusivity.

As a practical partner, Redkiwi shares its expertise and case studies for scientific and applied research. We assist in validating tools—such as the Fundamental Rights and Algorithm Impact Assessment (FRAIA / IAMA)—that can be widely deployed across the sector to prevent the harmful impact of technology on people.

Charities

Redkiwi has embraced a number of charitable causes. We work at a significantly reduced rate for Support Casper. In addition, we sponsor the development and hosting of stichtinghappyhippo.nl, medischcentrumkenia.nl, and we support Moves.ms. At least 1% of our organization's total hours are dedicated to charitable causes.
