Leadinfo

From an anonymous visit to a conversation.

Three situations we encounter every day.

Why choose a Leadinfo partner?

  • Almost no one fills out your form

The vast majority of visitors don’t fill out anything. In B2B, that makes sense: people research for months before they call. But that visit is still a signal—and now it’s disappearing.

  • Your sales team is making cold calls

Your sales team is cold-calling through lists without knowing who’s actually interested. If a company just viewed your pricing page, that’s a different conversation than a cold call made on a whim.

  • You have the tool, but no one is using it

A list of company names isn’t a lead list. Without rules about which visits count, who gets them, and what that person does with them, your team will look at it for two weeks and then forget about it.

Leadinfo as the engine behind your lead follow-up

In B2B, the evaluation process takes weeks to months, and during that time, someone will visit your site multiple times without identifying themselves. Only when they call do you know they exist—and by then, they’ve usually already almost made their decision.

Leadinfo is the engine that makes this visible sooner. You can see which company visited your site, which pages they viewed, and how often. This isn’t personal data—it’s organizational data—and you can act on it.

You decide what happens with that signal. We set up the rules and ensure it ends up where your team is already working.

What We Do with Leadinfo

We start by asking which visits matter from a business perspective. Someone reading your job listings page isn’t a lead; someone who viewed your prices twice is. Without that filtering, you get noise instead of a signal.

Then we link it to where your team is already looking: your CRM or your marketing automation platform. A signal that gets stuck in a separate tool goes unused.

Finally, there’s the process surrounding it: who follows up, within what timeframe, and with what pitch. That’s the part where things usually fall apart—and where we make the biggest difference.

Three organizations that took their exploratory phase seriously.

Why choose Redkiwi as your Leadinfo partner?

  • You can see for yourself which leads move forward

You’ll see which companies are coming in and which leads are being passed on to your sales team. Every month, we review what was followed up on and what results it yielded. You remain in control of the commercial strategy; we ensure the data supports it.

  • Independent advice

If you’re selling to consumers, this won’t yield any results—and we’ll tell you that right away. The same applies in B2B: without a follow-up process, it’s just a subscription that no one pays attention to. That’s what ownership means to us.

  • Traffic and follow-up under one roof

We build the site and run the campaigns that drive traffic, so we can see which campaign attracts which type of visitor. You’ll work with a dedicated specialist who understands your sales process.

Frequently Asked Questions About Visitor Recognition

01/ What exactly can I see about a website visitor?
You can see which company visited your site, but not which specific person. This is determined based on the organization’s IP address. We are not permitted to identify individual visitors without their consent, so we do not do so.
02/ What kind of business is this suitable for?
It’s suitable for B2B businesses with a lead generation process lasting weeks or months, where a single visit doesn’t necessarily result in a lead. If you sell to consumers, it won’t yield any results: they visit from a home address, and that’s not traceable.
03/ Does it actually generate leads?
A list of company names is not a lead list. It only works if there are rules in place: which visits count as signals, who receives them, and what that person does with them. Without that process, your sales team will look at it for two weeks and then ignore it.
04/ Can I integrate this with my CRM?
Yes. Recognized companies can be flagged in your CRM or marketing automation system, so that a visit to your pricing page is visible to the account manager. This only works if it’s determined in advance who will handle the follow-up.
