Google Analytics

From raw data to an answer.

Three situations we encounter every day.

Why choose a Google Analytics partner?

  • Your GA4 is set up, but it’s measuring the wrong things

GA4 counts events where the old version counted sessions. Anyone who set it up as a copy of the old version is measuring less than they think and doesn’t realize it. We set it up based on what actually happens in your business.

  • You have data but no answers

You have numbers on visits, sessions, and bounce rates, but not on the question your manager is asking. Reporting starts with the decision you need to make, not with what the tool shows by default.

  • Your numbers contradict each other

Analytics shows one thing, your point-of-sale system shows another, and your ad platform shows yet something else. As long as no one knows which figure is correct, any discussion about the budget is a matter of he-said, she-said. We compare these sources side by side and explain the difference.

Google Analytics as the Engine Behind Your Decisions

Measuring isn’t the goal. The goal is for you to know which campaign to scale up and which page to optimize, without it becoming a matter of gut feeling in meetings.

Google Analytics 4 is the engine behind it all—provided it measures what matters to your business. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all setup: which events you track and which of those count as conversions determine whether your numbers mean anything.

You’re in control of what you want to know. We make sure the metrics can answer that question and that the answer is accurate.

What We Do with Google Analytics

We start with the questions your organization asks. From there, we determine which events to track and which conversions to define. That order is important—otherwise, you’ll end up with an account full of data that no one can use.

Next, we set everything up: the measurement framework, the integrations with Google Ads and your other channels, and the consent integration so you can continue to see as much as possible while staying within the rules. We verify the results against your revenue, because a measurement that doesn’t align isn’t a measurement at all.

Finally, the reporting. Not everything that’s possible, but the few metrics you use to drive your decisions, with an explanation whenever there’s a change. We go over this together every month.

Three organizations that base their decisions on accurate figures.

Our Work with Data

  • Croonwolter&dros

From an SEO strategy to a monthly digital marketing approach

  • Accell group

    A fully streamlined customer journey

Three things you’ll notice in our collaboration.

Why choose Redkiwi as your Google Analytics partner?

  • You review your own metrics

You’ll receive reports you can understand on your own, built around the decisions you make. Every month, we review what happened and why, and you decide where we focus our efforts. You stay in control; we make sure the data supports your strategy.

  • Independent advice

If a number looks good but doesn’t mean anything, we’ll call it out. Growth in visitors without growth in revenue isn’t a result. That’s what ownership means to us.

  • Measurement and execution under one roof

We build the site, run the campaigns, and manage the analytics, so we can immediately see whether a deviation stems from technical issues or market conditions. You’ll work with a dedicated specialist who understands your analytics setup.

Frequently Asked Questions About Google Analytics

01/ What is the difference between GA4 and the old Google Analytics?
Universal Analytics tracked sessions and page views, while GA4 tracks events. That’s a different way of thinking, and your old reports don’t translate directly. Anyone who has set up GA4 as a copy of the old version is tracking less than they realize.
02/ Why are my numbers in GA4 off?
Usually because the events aren’t set up to reflect what matters commercially, or because the conversion definition is incorrect. We compare your analytics with your point-of-sale data and your ad platforms so you can identify where the discrepancy is coming from.
03/ Am I still allowed to track visitors under the cookie law?
Yes, provided the consent tracking is set up correctly. Visitors who decline are not tracked individually, but Google estimates that portion. Without that tracking, you lose more data than the law requires, and we often see that happen in practice.
04/ Can I also get reports that I’ll actually use?
Yes, and that’s exactly the question we’ll answer first. A dashboard that shows everything just isn’t used. We build reports based on the decisions you make, so you can see at a glance if something’s wrong.
