Spotler

From an occasional newsletter to regular follow-ups.

Three situations we encounter every day.

Why choose a Spotler partner?

  • You have requirements regarding where your customer data is stored

For the government, the healthcare sector, and many business clients, the question of where customer data is stored is no minor detail. A Dutch provider that processes data within Europe makes that answer simple.

  • You send the same message to everyone

Everyone on your list receives the same message, so someone who just became a customer sees the same invitation as someone who’s been following you for years. Segmenting by behavior and stage immediately reduces your unsubscribe rate.

  • You only send messages when you have something to say

You only send messages when there’s something to report, even though the moments that yield the most results happen naturally: a sign-up, a request, or a customer who stops engaging. Automating these processes requires a one-time effort.

Spotler as the engine behind your email channel

Email is the only channel where your audience belongs to you. No algorithm in the middle, no media budget per person reached. Yet for many organizations, it still comes down to sending a newsletter only when there happens to be news.

Spotler is the engine to get that going. It’s a Dutch provider that processes data within Europe, making it a logical choice if your clients have requirements in that regard. Email, forms, and automations are all included in the same package.

You remain in control of what you send and to whom. We ensure the technology works properly and that you can see the results.

What We Do with Spotler

We start with your list. How is it structured, who’s on it, and what percentage still opens your emails? This often involves some cleanup work that directly impacts how effectively your messages are delivered.

Next, we set up the segments and the first automations, linked to your website and your CRM. For a B2B organization, this often involves a follow-up sequence after an inquiry; for a membership organization, it’s an onboarding process.

Finally, the analytics side: which campaigns delivered results and what that means for the next one. We go over this together every month.

Three things you’ll notice in our collaboration.

Why choose Redkiwi as your Spotler partner?

  • You’re actively involved

You handle the shipments yourself and see firsthand what each one yielded. Every month, we review the results together, and you decide where we need to make adjustments. You stay in control of the business strategy; we ensure that the technology and data support it.

  • Independent advice

If your revenue comes from a web store with repeat purchases, Klaviyo is a better fit for that behavior. Redkiwi partners with multiple systems and earns nothing from that choice.

  • Since 2004, with a familiar face

Redkiwi has been in business since 2004 and also builds the site or portal where your list comes from. That means we can immediately see if a subscription goes through successfully. You’ll work with a dedicated specialist who knows your account.

Frequently Asked Questions About Email Marketing

01/ Why aren't my newsletters getting through?
It’s usually the list, not the message. Addresses that haven’t opened your emails in years drag down your sender reputation, which also means your active readers receive your emails less reliably. Cleaning up your list may feel unnatural, but it works.
02/ Can I also use Mailchimp for automation?
Yes, and you can do that with just a few automations: a welcome sequence, a reminder for an abandoned cart, and a post-purchase message. You can do all of this without switching to a more complex platform.
03/ Can I take my list with me when I switch providers?
Yes. Contacts, opt-in status, and history are all migrated. We check the list quality along the way, because a migration is the perfect time to leave inactive addresses behind instead of carrying them over.
04/ When will I outgrow Mailchimp?
As long as you’re mainly sending newsletters to a single list, Mailchimp works just fine and you’re all set. If you plan to segment by purchasing behavior or automate based on orders, you’ll run into limitations, and we’ll look for a platform built specifically for that.
