Three situations we encounter every day.

Why choose a Heygen partner?

  • Every video is a production

A day of filming, an actor, editing: by the time the video is finished, the occasion has already passed. As a result, you only make videos for the big moments, and everything else gets left behind. With a script as a starting point, you’ll have something ready that same week.

  • Your videos are only available in one language

Your Dutch video is up, but the German and French versions never get made because that would mean reshooting. Multilingual video with lip-syncing turns a new market into a variation rather than a separate project.

  • You explain in text what you’d be better off showing

Instructions, onboarding, and product explanations are currently in a manual that nobody reads. Those are exactly the videos that lend themselves to quick production—and they save your customer service team a lot of work.

Heygen as the engine behind your video production

Video works, but production is the bottleneck. Planning a shoot takes weeks, which means you only make videos for moments worth waiting weeks for.

Heygen is the engine that takes that brake off. From a script, it generates a video with an avatar and a voice, in the language you need, with lip-syncing. For explanations, instructions, and product introductions, that’s enough.

You decide where it is and isn’t used. We’ll let you know which videos are better suited for filming with a camera, because that choice determines how your brand comes across.

What We Do with Heygen

We start by asking which videos you’re currently not making because they’re too much work. That list is usually long: product explanations, answers to frequently asked questions, and introductions for new employees.

Then we set it up as a process rather than a one-off project: a fixed format, your brand guidelines, your wording, and an avatar that fits your brand. The script remains the most important element; a good video with a bad script is still a bad video.

For multilingual rollouts, we have the translation reviewed by a native speaker. A model makes mistakes that you don’t hear but your customer does.

Three things you’ll notice when working with us.

Why choose Redkiwi as your Heygen partner?

  • You decide what goes through a model

You decide which videos a model appears in and which ones they don’t, and who approves the final version. Every month, we review what was produced and how it performed. You stay in control; we make sure production can keep up.

  • Independent advice

For brand films and emotional content, we recommend using a real person, even if it costs more. An avatar in the place where a real customer should be undermines your credibility. That’s what ownership means to us.

  • Script, production, and distribution all under one roof

We write the scripts and run the campaigns where the videos are featured, so production and distribution come from the same source. You’ll work with a dedicated team that knows your brand.

Frequently Asked Questions About AI Video

01/ What is AI video suitable for, and what isn’t it suitable for?
For explanations, instructions, onboarding, and product introductions: video where the message matters more than the camerawork. For brand films and evoking emotion, a live shoot is still better. We’ll recommend which of the two is best for each video.
02/ Do viewers notice when a video is created by AI?
That depends on your audience and your message. In instructional videos, it’s rarely a distraction; in brand storytelling, it is. We’d rather test this than assume it, and we never use an avatar in an ad where a real customer should be featured.
03/ Can we use our own employees as avatars?
Yes, with the consent of the individual concerned. We establish this in advance, because a face and a voice are personal data, and someone who leaves the company doesn’t want to see their avatar in next year’s campaign.
04/ Can I release the same video in multiple languages?
Producing the same video in ten languages no longer takes ten days of filming. However, we do have the translation reviewed by a native speaker, because a voice actor makes mistakes that you might not hear yourself but your client certainly will.
