Omnichannel strategy
For Life Outdoor Living, we have developed an omnichannel strategy that starts with the basics: a new e-commerce environment that both does justice to the brand and focuses on conversion. In this, we aim for an experience that is consistent both in-store and online. Here, we make the e-commerce platform supportive of the store.
Platform solutions
The scale of the collection and the amount of data requires a solid platform-oriented approach, based on a composable architecture. To this end, we have set up new environments: a Magento2 storefront with a Hÿva theme, an inRiver PIM environment for product and information management, and all connections through Alumio to ensure smooth integrations.
Setup PIM system
With inRiver, we have established a new data model based on the information needs surrounding the collection of Life Outdoor Living. From marketing information to pricing, and from technical specifications to spare parts. This is linked to SAP B1 & Magento to form the essential link in information provision.
Teamwork makes the dreamwork
Throughout the project, the teams from Redkiwi and Life Outdoor Living were in close contact with each other. The entire project had a duration of four months and impacted all processes around the e-commerce platform, from integrations to product management, from photography to content marketing.
