Omnichannel Strategy to Unified Commerce
For Life Outdoor Living, we developed an omnichannel strategy that starts with the basics: a new e-commerce platform that both showcases the brand and is focused on conversion. Our focus is on creating a consistent experience both in-store and online. We designed the e-commerce platform to support the physical store.
Teamwork makes the dream work
At Redkiwi, we work together— with each other and with our clients. We asked Giel from Life Outdoor Living what it’s like to work with us. Giel is the e-commerce manager at Life Outdoor Living. Following the rebranding of the Buitenhof brand to Life Outdoor Living, there was a need for a new website. “Redkiwi demonstrated that they were best able to translate our brand positioning into an online store and website, thereby bridging the gap between brick-and-mortar stores and the online world.”
Over the past four months, we’ve therefore worked closely together to build a new online store. At Redkiwi, we developed both the design and the back-end and front-end. “Together with the team, we’re now primarily working on further developing the platform, and Redkiwi is providing technical and strategic guidance to help us clearly define our omnichannel strategy.”
We faced a major and complex challenge. “Building a website and online store of this scale and complexity—and adding a rebranding on top of that—can only be achieved with the right collaboration, attention, and focus from everyone involved.” We therefore consider the fact that our collaboration was honored with a silver DIA award to be a well-deserved icing on the cake!
“Throughout the entire process, Redkiwi went above and beyond to ensure success and handled the many challenges we encountered along the way with creativity and flexibility. To me, the Kiwis are the quintessential workaholics: passionate, specialized, and eager to create something that truly makes a difference.”
