As Head of Technology, Paul is heavily involved in programming. Lucky for him, because his job is his hobby, he tells himself. He knows all about it and has been doing it all his life. When he's not programming, you'll find him at the ping pong table. An avid pong player, he's the first one at the table after lunch.
But what really sets Paul apart is his humility and team spirit. When we asked him about a project he was proud of, he replied without hesitation, "The thing I'm most proud of is actually my team." This says a lot about Paul as a person - he is not only focused on his own achievements, but also values the success and well-being of his colleagues.
